Ripping CD's with Audiograbber (Part Two)
This part of the guide assumes that you have completed all the steps discussed earlier. Run Audiograbber and insert a CD into the drive. Once the CD is loaded Audiograbber will display the CD as shown below. A tick by the track name means that Audiograbber has selected that track for ripping. The default is to select all tracks.

We don't want to manually enter the CD tracks so press the Freedb button (penguin). If the disc is in freedb's database the track and CD information will be completed as the image below shows.

If the disc is not in the database you can manually enter all the information. If you want to normalize the files check the Norm check box. I don't so I will leave this blank. We want to rip to mp3 (or other compressed format) as defined by our earlier settings so check the MP3 check box. If you rip the CD's without checking the MP3 check box Audiograbber will rip them as Wav files - you can encode these later. If you do not want to rip all the tracks remove the ones you don't want by deselecting the tick next to track name. Once you have all or partial tracks selected click grab!
Audiograbber will spring into action and you will get a progress box appear for each track. Whilst the track is ripping you can select Create M3U list which will create a playlist for you to use in a compatible player when the ripping is completed. This playlist will open all the files in the same order as the album rather than loading individual files. Other options include shut down the PC, Play the Songs and Eject the Disc.

That's it! When the ripping has finished you can select your playlist or files and play them in your player such as Winamp or Foobar. Enjoy!
